   Terms and conditions for our Happy Campers/Glampers

• On booking you are agreeing to these terms and conditions
• You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of others in your group while on the campsite. All members of the group should read these terms and conditions
• All bookings must have an adult present for the duration of your stay
• Campers - Arrivals from 2pm, departures by 11am Glampers – Arrivals from 3pm, departures 10am
• Maximum 2 cars per pitch/1 car for the Nest cabin & the Hive Shepherds hut
• You are responsible for your belongings, including your vehicle. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage
• We ask that you do not venture through the treelines to adjacent fields and use the footpaths available through the wooded area
• Well behaved dogs are welcome, please be aware that low lighting is used so please keep your dog on a lead if out at night
• Please make us aware of any problems as they arise so we can resolve any issues as quickly as possible
• Fire pits (Subject to weather conditions) can be hired for the duration of your stay for £10 which includes a fire pit pack, this provides logs, kindling, firelights, marshmallows, sticks and matchsticks. Additional packs/wood can be purchased on site. All fires MUST be out before going to bed
• BBQ’s (Subject to weather conditions) must be off the ground, Bricks available
• Please respect our neighbours and other campers by being quiet after 10pm
• In wet weather campers may be unable to park next to their tent
• Fishing: The small lake is around 14 foot deep in the middle. Please ensure there is an adult supervising children at ALL times and adhere to our fishing rules below which keep our fish and lake safe and well
• Rubbish – Bins are located next to the shower block. DO NOT leave large items of waste e.g Airbeds, broken tents, large boxes etc, we have limited waste collection so this saves us from a trip to the local waste centre
• Any equipment left on site after your departure date will be stored for 24hrs before being disposed of
• Early arrivals/late departures will be charged at £3 per hour Camping/£5 per hour Glamping. (IF AVAILABLE, Contact direct)
• No refunds within 2 weeks of your arrival day
• Any changes to your booking will be charged at £5
• Any refunds given will exclude any booking fee's from outside agencies

• No rods left unattended
• No keep nets
• Must have landing nets
• Must use unhooking mats
• All fish must be returned
